Default Raspberry Jello Salad

I've made this jello twice now...It is sooo delicious and with the blueberries, it's very good for you. They are a wonderful antioxidant.

I've changed it for me but will post it how it should be. I use sugar free jello light sour cream and light cream cheese and 3/4 splenda to 1/4 sugar. I've sent away for sugar free blueberry pie filling so it will be totally diabetic and I can't tell the difference in the flavor...it will be a hit.

1 6oz raspberry jello
1 16 or 22 oz blueberry pie filling, I couldn't find any 16 oz here
1 16 oz crushed pineapple (last time I used a small can of this and a small can of pears cut up, I drained and patted dry)
1 cup boiling water
1 8 oz sour cream
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 sugar
1 small pkg chopped walnuts.

You can use a 7 by 9 or 8 by 10 or 9 inch square or 8 inch square pan

Dissolve jello in cup of boiling water
add blueberry pie filling and pineapple
put in fridge until it sets up

Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream (I also used 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 cool whip) and sugar. put on top and top with walnuts.
Best jello I've ever eaten. I tried to change things around to make it less fat and everything I've tried, it's tasted great.

I've used it as a dessert and served it with dinner.
