Default Pork Chop Caserole Yummmmmmy.....

What you need:
4 - 8 Pork Chops (Bonless or with bone)
5-7 Medium Potatoes (Any Kind)
1 Package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 small can of Mushroom pieces
2 Cups of Flour with salt , pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste
Oil to cover your bottom of your pan for frying the chops

Take and put oil in skillet heat skillet.
Take the flour mixture and coat your pork chops with it and put them into the pan and cook them till lightly brown. Not all the way done just brown on the outsides with the flour. As they brown take your potatoes and if you want peel them I don't more nutricious with the peeling on them and sclice them like chips into a 9 X 13 pan (on the bottom) to make a nice layer or potatoes. Put your chops on top as you get them brown then once you got all of them into the pan , Take your Lipton onion soup mix put it in a 4 cup measureing cup ( I use my glass Pyrex one) fill it with water and microwave it for 2 minutes to help dislove the soup mix. Then pour the soup mix with water over the top of the Pork chops and Potatoes and put the Mushrooms over all of it. Cover it and put in oven for 45 minutes to 1:15 mins till bubbly.

You got a quick and easy dinner. Serve with a veggie on the side and bread.
