I'm planning on Home Schooling my Daughter what do I need to know? I am not sure where to start she's going to be in the 10th grade and has been in a christian school all her life and she decided that she wanted to try home school but I don't know what I need to do to get sarted so any help and advice would really be appreciated.

Hello Virginia!
I do e-schooling for my boys. I think it is easier than normal homeschooling. We use Connections Academy, they will provide you with a computer, printer, and all the books and workbooks your child needs. And best of all it is free. They consider themselves a public school with no walls. You submit most of your tests and such online but once a month you do have papers that you are required to mail to your childs teacher. But they send you postage paid envelopes so you do not need to worry about the cost of that either.
If you would like more information on this school please feel free to email me.
Hope this helped some.
Tammy

Hi Tammy,
I am new to this site and the whole idea of homeschooling. Could you please further the information on this thread? I would greatly appericate it. I have two children with special needs that require the alternative teaching.
Thanks,
