Default Easy Peanutbutter Cookies

one egg
one cup of sugar
one cup peanutbutter

bake at 350 for about 8 minutes till cookies are golden brown

Wow, super easy! Are they crispy? With only 3 ingredients you'd think they'd be fool proof. Bet me I'll screw it up

LOL Rhonda..they are super easy and theres no way to screw them up..LOL

Yes they will be somewhat crispy if they are out long enough to become crispy..usually in our house they don't last long enough to become crispy..

I started making these back in the 80's when my sons were little, and they've been a staple in our home ever since! They're one of the first things they learned to bake! Gosh, I'm gonna have to make some for my grandkids next time they come over...and begin the tradition all over again! Thanks for sharing!
