9-inch frozen pie crust
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salsa
Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onions in pie crust; set aside. Whisk eggs, milk and salsa together; pour into pie crust. Carefully place on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 6.
