Healthy eating!
Hi all..hope you are all wel
I am trying to lose weight..have lost 40 pounds in last 3 yrs..but still need to lose anotyher 30 pounds..and hope it does not take another 3 years to do so..I really really try to eat healthy most days..I usally have 1 cheat day a week..but find summers really tough on a lower fat and calorie diet,need some helpful hints on how to overcome these cravings for the burger and fries stand just around the corner from me! plus I seem to use the hot weather as an excuse not to do my walking
