Default Spending time with my grandparents

I would spend my summers with my grandma, while my mom worked. I have such great memories of cooking with her, doing crafts, shopping, visiting relatives. We would have lunch with my Grandpa everyday! I am so glad that my children are able to get to know them too!!!

grandparents are very special people. i had a mama and a papa who i loved so much, my only regret is that i had my children too late in life and they didn't get to meet papa at all. they would have loved him so.

Smile Grandpa

My Grandpa was very special to me. We weren't related by blood but he was the one who didn't treat me any different. I remember taking walks on the hill by his house with the dogs. And eating a bowl of ice cream or chocolate cake in the afternoons for a snack. He had so many stories to tell. He would tell me about mining and what life was like for him growing up. I wanted so badly for him to be small enough to fit in my pocket so I could take him with me wherever I went. But now he is gone and no longer in pain. I am just thankful I have my memories of him.
