Default What do you think is the hardest thing about being a mom?

We use some of these answers also in our print magazine for moms - Connecting @ Home: http://www.connectingathome.com

Again - be sure to leave your child's answer, their first name AND age
We need to get answers from your kids by Friday night - August 18th

We'll choose 2 random answers and those kids will receive a fun pack.

Please ask your kids:

What do you think is the hardest thing about being a mom?

Default hardest thing about being a mom

A parent punishing the child for something they did but then find it really hard for them to stick with it because they feel bad.
Amanda- age 15

thanks

Talking My 3 Sons' Answers:::

Logan, 8 yrs old: "Buying stuff for your kids and taking care of them. And worrying about your kids and if they are being safe."

Braden, 6yrs old: "Taking care of the kids and cooking the food. And having to spend their money on school supplies instead of something else."

Kayden, 4 yrs old: "Doing chores"

Haha! Can you tell school starts next week? I think I get asked 6 or 7 times a day when school starts(Little do they know, I am just as excited for them to be going as they are! LOL.)

I think probably the hardest thing for a Mom to do is to tell her kids "No."

The hardest thing about being my Mom is sharing me with my Dad and Step-Mom. The other is getting my attention because I have ADD.

Default The Hardest Thing about being a mother

I'm a mom of three year old triplets. I always find that their is not enough of me to go around and at times I feel guilty. When I tell my mother how I feel she says that is normal. I think as a parent you want the best/everything for your children and that is not always possible so you do feel guilty. Before I had kids I don't recall feeling guilty.

Smile My kids reply!

I asked my 11 year old son and he said, "watching us,cooking, keeping the house clean and babysitting."

My 7 year old son said,"cooking and babysitting."

My 18 year old daughter said," dealing with attitude from kids and helping them try to do the right things in life and make the good choices."
She also said,"Dad works outside of the home.Mom takes care of the
house, babysits, homeschools, gives advice and is there with a listening ear of concern and compassion.
My daughter is finding out what it is like to have bills to pay, work and try to get through the day.
Even if I am sick or have a migrane,I have to press on and do my job as a mom (taking care of the whole household).

They have to share me with a 4 year old boy and a 9 month old baby boy, that I babysit. They have been wonderful about it,but it can be confusing with me home schooling them too. We get by wonderfully! We give God the praise for all he does for us and allows us to have in life, without God in our life we have nothing. May God Bless You All! Thanks!
